Every suite at Serenity Suites has been individually planned by our in-house design studio. Natural materials — Scottish stone, reclaimed timber, hand-thrown ceramics — are woven through each interior, creating spaces that feel both grounded and generous. Residents choose from three distinct floor plans, each offering a different relationship with the surrounding landscape.
Perfectly proportioned for individuals or couples, The Glen features a wraparound kitchen island in honed granite, a walk-in rain shower and a private terrace facing the eastern hills. Morning light fills the open-plan living area through double-height glazing, while blackout bedroom blinds ensure restful sleep.

Our most popular layout, The Brae provides a separate study nook, an en-suite primary bathroom with freestanding copper tub, and a generous living room anchored by a built-in bookcase wall. The secondary bedroom doubles as a guest suite or creative studio, complete with its own external access.

Reserved for those who desire the most expansive living experience, The Cairn occupies the entire top floor. A panoramic skylight bathes the central corridor in natural light, while the rooftop terrace offers uninterrupted views across Old Auer towards the distant peaks. The chef-grade kitchen includes integrated Gaggenau appliances and a temperature-controlled wine cabinet.
